Villa Monteverde is divided into three apartments with independent entrances, and is rented as a private villa for families with children or groups of friends who want to spend their holiday together. The property also includes a private nature trail in the woods (1 km and some break areas with seats and tables), where it is possible to go trekking, jogging and mountain biking. The structure has a leisure area that includes a 10X5 private swimming pool with shower, ping pong table, table football, outdoor porches and barbecue ideal for dining outside. The Monti Sibillini National Park and the beach of the Riviera delle Palme are all easily reachable in about 30 minutes.

Villa Monteverde is an ecological structure: hot water is produced by solar panels, and rain is collected and used to water the garden.
